Can I upload my own artwork to a controller?
Yes. Use the Customizer on this page to upload a PNG or JPG and preview placement on the TurbX Astra shell before checkout. If your image does not preload automatically, open Design → Custom Artwork → Uploads → From your device inside the editor.
What file format and image size work best?
Use a clear PNG or JPG. High-resolution images print best, so we recommend artwork at 2000x2000 px or higher, with important details kept away from curved shell edges.
Is this a controller skin, sticker, wrap, case, or 3D print file?
No. This is a real TurbX Astra controller print customization path. It is not a decal, skin, sticker, wrap, blank case, STL file, repair service, PS5 mod, Xbox mod, or DIY 3D-print service.
Can I get a refund on a custom printed controller?
Custom printed controller orders are made for your uploaded artwork and are not refundable. Eligible print issues include one shell replacement for the custom printed shell.
How long does a custom printed order take?
Customizer orders receive artwork confirmation within 48 hours and typically ship about 1 week after artwork approval.
Does PlayTurbX ship globally?
Yes. PlayTurbX ships globally. US orders over $49 USD qualify for free shipping; other regions can use the $5.99 USD basic shipping option when available at checkout.
What artwork am I allowed to upload?
Upload artwork you own, created, licensed, or have permission to print. Infringing uploads, trademarks, logos, character art, and other content you do not have the right to use are prohibited. The customer is responsible for upload rights; PlayTurbX does not verify ownership before production.
Will the finished print match the preview exactly?
Preview before checkout, but low-resolution images, color, crop, edge placement, and shell curvature can create slight differences between the preview and the finished printed shell.
Does the printed controller work for Switch and PC?
